If you BELIEVE an affidavit is 'factual evidence', you have CHOSEN not to accept the CONCEPT of facts OR evidence. Therefore, NOTHING will convince you.
You claim that No Bozos assumes facts not in evidence. In truth, YOU assume there is NO SUCH THING as evidence. Your BASELESS assertion that no evidence exists wouldn't stand up in a KINDERGARTEN level debate. It is the DEFINITION of a complete lack of logic.

@No Bozos, Bing Bing and Foxhole - First off "factual evidence" would come in the form of an affidavit of truth stating what, when, where, why, how and by whom one was "made" subject to the jurisdiction thereof. It doesn't exist and can't else we would all be stinkin' slaves to the government. It is a logical fallacy to use the constitution as "proof" of citizenship, i.e. it is circular logic and would be dismissed in any high school debate class.

If you were born in the U.S. and you are currently residing in U.S. soil, you are bound by the laws of the land. By the way, the 14th amendment applies to you and your situation.

Update: 14th Amendment Section 1.:
"All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside..."
It's the first line of the amendment, genius, you can't miss it.
