staph infection?
so i just found out from the doctor that my acne is actually staph (i dont have bad acne at all, its not like google images staph) but i have it on my face n my chest, i have a gel for it now. how long will the staph infection take to go away?? i just dont wanna die lmao ive been rlly worried about this like im scared

Staph on the skin is not going to kill you. In fact, it is fairly common, and it is curable. You should be fine.
There's no such easy cure for ordinary acne! Guess you got lucky in a way. I'm kinda surprised that the doc didn't give you an oral antibiotic for it, but whatever. It will probably go away pretty fast once you start treating it, unless it is a strain resistant to what the doc prescribed. And if it is, he'll change to something that will do the job.
