I am Muslim and my girlfriend is christian. My parents don't want me to be with her because of that and they say i am a disappointment.?

I just want to know everyone's opinion on that situation. She also has a child from a different father if that makes a difference.

    forget religion background !! you go where and who makes you happy !! why would you chose religion over your own happiness if you love that girl go for it !

    Much depends on how serious you each are about your faith.

    If you are both committed, then you will find you revolve around

    different centres. You may find that her faith has much that is

    worth exploring.

    Also, you need to accept your patents perspectives.

    Remain courteous to your parents, but in the end you must do your own thing.

    I say that religion harms people's lives more than it helps. My advice is to follow love not religion.
