Looking for scuba no decompression limit information.?

Hey guys, I was wondering if there are any licensed divers here that know the average or general rule of thumb when it comes to diving without decompression stops. Like how deep you can go for how long without needing to slow your ascent rate when you rise. Any information is appreciated. Thanks.
