You fix it by dropping it on the ground and then sending it to the insurance company and say I need a new one

Hi there!
I’m sorry you seem to be facing this issue, this can be caused by many problems such as invalid update Installation. Corruption of software etc. You’ll need to put your phone into recovery mode. Do this by turning your iPhone OFF (Holding down the power button for around 10-15 seconds) then proceeding to hold the power button again as well as the volume down button (iPhone 7 -)
For the iPhone 6s Plus and under hold the power button until you are presented with the iTunes logo.
Proceed to putting your iPhone and connect it to your computer. Back up all of your data and you might have to reset your iPhone. If you want to take it the safer route find your way to your nearest Apple store. Hope this helps!
Best wishes
