Can exceptions be made in the travel ban in the US ?

I'm 14,heading to Atlanta next year for space camp and cola world, but there's one problem,I'm a Syrian national residing in the UAE,I probably won't be allowed in but I'M BARELY A TEENAGER,I speak fluent English and I'm secular,if extra screening is required then I'm prepared.

The UAE is not on the list of countries from which immigration is banned. Since you are a Syrian national, I am not sure if you are included. The problem for the US with Syrian immigration is that the Syrian government has done such a poor job of vetting potential travelers. I hope you get to space camp.

The ban contains several exceptions. The Atlantic has a good article explaining this.
