Can you expand sense of smell and other senses? If so, how?
So underwater, you can hear a larger range of sound. How about smell or other senses? Can you expand those somehow? Like for example, put something in your nose, or isolate your nose from smelling for long enough? Or blindfold yourself to develop "ultrasound"?

You might be able to increase some senses,,, but not by marginal amount! All depends on your brain and how it inputs and outputs the information given! Since our potential senses are wired in our genes, Just like every other animal on this planet! The reason Why dogs can smell thousand of times better, or why sharks can spot a drop of blood a mile away, or how the Lions can see in dead night! Is all a part of Natural Selection! That took thousands, if not millions of years to Evolve!....Theoretically we could teach or rewire our Brains to increase some senses in certain aspects! Like a Blind person, who hears far better! Since the Neurological connection between Temporal Lobe (for hearing ) can coexist with Occipital Lobe for sight (no longer used). Both could increase the Neurological potential of one....Proper Diet, Critical thinking, Meditation., can all play small factors in Brain development...This could increase some senses, BUT only slightly!, If enough synapses and neurons are coexisting within the different parts of the Brain!
