We've seen Vasyl Lomachenko's phenomenal style. What strategies will a fighter have to use to overcome his skill set?

    Strategy?

To be honest I have no idea, I thought Loma beat Salido and so I wouldn't even consider that a blueprint since he shouldn't have agreed to even take that fight once he saw how heavy Salido was.

So that means that from my perspective he's never lost and there's therefore no blueprint. But I think that rather than a strategy the opponent will rely on his physical attributes so height, reach and weight in order to beat him with the strategy being as basic as lean on him and pound him to the body when in close and keep it long when off the ropes, don't engage unnecessarily, use your legs and clinch if he gets near you lol. I don't know of anyone at 130 who posses those attributes mind you and so I don't see it happening.

That's why he's second on your P4P list. Mine too.

With his deep amateur pedigree and so far high caliber pro opposition I don't see anyone in the current division beating him. Skill wise the only foe on his level was Rigo but he was too small. If Vasyl goes to 135lbs some big guys may give him problems but at 130lbs you would need a very strong active body puncher, or a very long and big counter puncher but none of those exist now in the division. Salido did good but he is past it now and imo Vasyl is a little more used to pro boxing.

It will take a confident and determined guy to beat him. We seen how salido was able to get him on the ropes throughout their fight.

He used his aggression to control him in close quarters. You have to mix it up against a highly skilled guy like Lomachenko.
