Future "barcode"?

They say that one day the world will be rid of all paper/coin money and be replaced by a barcode on our wrist?That you use like a bank card.You have a choice of having one and can buy stuff or refuse and cant puchase anything.what would you choose?I would choose to go somewhere that i can live off the land.

    Nope.

    Replaced by an RFID chip.

    It is already happening.

    Tattoos, fortunately in this case, are not anywhere near perfect,

    making the idea unworkable.

    It is much more likely that an RFID chip would be used,

    but you would be very wise to refuse its implantation to the bitter end.

    I also believe that cash will Always exist because those in power

    will never have a better way to pay and take bribes.

    On a person's body? That would be stupid. Tattoos don't hold shape and can be easily copied. Even RFID chips are a dumb idea.

    It'll never happen. There will always be alternative payment options, look at Bitcoin for example. It isn't paper/coin, it's digital and it doesn't use the banking system either.
