What support should I main in Overwatch?

Hi, I just got the game Overwatch for my ps4, and I want to know which support should I play. If you could list the pro's and con's to each, that would be very helpful. If and when you answer this, I may be playing it, to get a feel for the characters. But I do think I have an idea on which support I want to main, but I will let you guys talk and help me. Also, to let you know, I plan on main-ing at least one character from each group, so I can adapt quickly to my game. Like if we need a tank really bad, I can change, or the same for a support. and don't yell at me, but I do have my eyes set on playing hanzo.

Update:

Also, I know that there is a training gallery, but I want to know if I can play that offline. Like just play it with bots? or do I need to be online to even start the game? Thank you very much.

None of the game can be played offline, even the A.I. and training modes.

As for what support character you should go with, I suggest whichever one you feel you like best after testing all of them. Regardless, here are the pros and cons of the support characters.

Ana: Can do the greatest amount of healing, can put enemies to sleep, can stop enemies from healing, can increase ally healing, can snipe to heal allies or attack enemies, has very accurate shooting, and can greatly boost 1 ally attack power with ultimate. Little-to-no mobility, slow attacks/healing, slow reload, and relies entirely on aiming skills.

Mercy: Can heal others very fast, can boost ally attack power, self-heals over time, can resurrect dead allies, can fly to allies, and can fly and have infinite ammo with ultimate. Weak attack power, relies almost entirely on allies to stay alive, relies almost entirely on allies to fight, and can only heal/boost 1 ally at a time.

Lucio: Can heal all allies within a circle, can speed boost all allies within a circle, can wallride for extra speed and mobility, can knock enemies away with ability, and can give allies large shields with ultimate for a few seconds. Slow attacks, heals very slow and relies almost entirely on allies to fight.

Symmetra: Can summon up to 6 laser turrets, turrets can slow down enemies, can summon moving shields, gun requires no aiming, gun can charge up power the longer it connects, can pierce barriers with secondary shot, can summon shields/teleporter with ultimate, and can regenerate half of life over time. Can't heal, gun has short range, little-to-no mobility, and secondary shot has slow charge and movement.

Zenyatta: Can heal allies from range, can weaken enemies, has strong attack power, has very accurate shooting, can possibly kill tanks with full charged secondary shot, immortal with ultimate, can heal all allies within a circle to full health with ultimate, and has speed boost with ultimate. Heals very slow without ultimate, can only heal 1 ally at a time without ultimate, has little-to-no mobility without ultimate, and can't attack while using ultimate.

Moira: Can heal allies quickly, can heal allies from range with ability, can attack enemies from range with ability, weapon doesn't require aiming, attacking with primary fire drains enemy life, primary fire has no reload, can't be seen or hit with dash ability, and can can heal and attack at the same time with ultimate. Sometimes it's hard to tell if you're actually healing allies, healing recharges slow, self-heal is very slow, attack isn't very strong, and ultimate doesn't damage as much as it heals.
