People talking about their problems?

Why do people always make posts about their problems on Facebook or other social media platforms? Is this some type of attention seeking habit or are they really seeking help? I know I make posts on here about my problems, but it's because I'm actually looking for help. Every day when I log on to Facebook, I always see someone posting something like' not wasting my time on someone who doesn't care about me' things like that. Like, why don't you just message them directly and talk about your problems, or give them a phone call, or meet them in person.

Usually its just a way to release anxiety..

A few times though people may really need help.

Its up to us to get them on chat and ask what's really wrong.

You might be surprised about how many unhappy people are in the world.

Everyone reacts differently to everyday problems. Some people post about it on social media for attention and/or venting. Forget about the reason. You either help them or ignore it, as some people probably don't know who to reach out to and don't want to confront the person it is directed to.
