I'm not Muslim so I don't know if your religion says something about it, but I don't think it's wrong, underwear should make you feel comfortable regardless your gender

As I understand it, mens' briefs offer support and comfort for the scrotum and the penis. If you wear women's underwear you will be putting pressure on your testes because women's panties have no such allowance for the testes. And the workmen will leave the factory if it becomes too hot down there.
