    I think the Browns have the first claiming rights and they wouldn't hesitate to pull the trigger.The NFL did approve this move so its a non story.

    Most teams would attempt to get him including the Jets and the Broncos, but it's not going to happen. Even if it did, he could just resign with Green Bay
