What does it mean when you dream you are about to be stabbed? I just had that dream but managed to get away. It was VERY frightening.?

    It means you are struggling with power, sometimes physically, but more often against your ego (identity) from some outside force.

    yes they can be scary. i used to have a reoccurring dream that a dog was about to attack me and just before it got me i would wake up. still dont know what that was all about

    It was a nightmare, just because it seemed real doesn't mean it will happen.
