    x + 3x - 4 = 180

    4x = 184

    x = 46

    m<D = 3(46) - 4 = 134

    m<C = m<A = 46

    Assuming those vertices are listed in cyclic order, then angles A and D are adjacent, and angles A and C are opposite.

    Adjacent angles in a parallelogram are supplementary, so:

    m<A + m<D = 180

    x + (3x - 4) = 180 .... substitute given angle measures

    4x - 4 = 180 .... simplify and solve for x

    4x = 184

    x = 184/4 = 46

    So m<A = x = 46 degrees and m<D = 3x-4 = 134 degrees.

    Opposite angles in a parallelogram are congruent, so m<C = M<A = 46 degrees.

    Angle D + Angle A = 180 Degree

    3x - 4 + x = 180

    4x - 4 = 180

    4x = 184

    X = 46 degrees = angle A

    Angle D = (3*46) - 4 = 134 degree

    Angle C = angle A = 46 degree
