to talk to him or not talk to him?

So this guy and I have been texting for awhile and today him and I finally hung out . I m 18 he s 19. We went to the mall talked he posted me on his snapchat and I posted him as well. So now it s out there. He texts me "goodmorning beautiful " stuff like that . And then after the mall we went to his house . We went to his room he played some games then after we chilled out and watched Netflix and cuddled . Then when I get home 2 girls messaged me saying to be careful and how this one girl said he told her to sneak out and that they have been doing stuff since February off and on. And I truly feel a connection with his even though I hungout with him today. Is he thinking of changing?? Would I be different?? Should I give him a chance? Should I believe those girls? I feel like I can trust him , I don t have that gut feeling I usually have. I just had a really great night. And I ve seen how girls hear about a guy and how he s a hoe but she forgets that and they actually have a reallly good relationship. And after he texted me saying he had a good time. I really want to continue this with him but I also don t want to get hurt . What do I do? To talk to him or not ?? Someone please help
