Unhealthy food is causing me stress?

I am 25 years old and very overweight. When a I was younger I was able to eat what I want. However, now when I go to eat a burger and a chocolate after and I contain no water. I start to brake down in hives, my body itches I can’t sleep. At first, I thought I had a skin problem until one day all I ate was fruits and vegetables and I had no problem sleeping or did not itch. Can unhealthy food cause all this problems?

You have a food sensitivity. It could be to sodium or it could be to the beef. The beef allergy can come from a tick bite. The lone star tick. Go to a good allergist and get tested to see what is going on. If you can pin point what it is that is making you sick then you can avoid that one thing and be okay. It sounds more like the sodium sensitivity to me and there is a lot in burger rolls. Most bread contains lots of sodium or it would start molding in one day in the store. Read labels but be warned, lots of companies try to trick you by giving sodium content but not nitrates ( more sodium) and other chemicals that are ALSO sodium. Canned soups, breads, chips, most anything prepared in a factory like tv meals are full of sodium. Unless you buy organic or farm fresh and cook your own your screwed. Good luck.

It's a simple fix... stop eating anything other than real food (meats, vegetables, fruits, milk, eggs, cheese, fish).

It can, it can make you feel sick, slow, lethargic. Try eating something really healthy for a day and just see how you feel
