Why does he care if we’re social media friends we aren’t together ?
My boyfriend and i broke up so i removed him from all of my social media. So today he texted me asking me why i deleted him from my Facebook and told me that i hurt his feelings when i did that, why does he care about being friends online.

If you think about it you probably never were really friends, and now there probably too much emotional baggage to ever be.

He wants to see what you are up to and keep tabs on you.
It doesn't necessarily mean he likes/loves you... he is just being nosy and wants an ego boost.

Social media is a great way to "check up" on exes. If you're not interested in him, keep him deleted and maybe block his number too.

Just tell him that you no longer want him to follow you on social media. And then block him on your phone.
