The Bible was written by some 40 different man over a period of 1,600 years, beginning in 1513 B.C.E. It is made up of 66 little books. Those who wrote the Bible were inspired by God. So God in heaven , not any human on earth, is the Author of the Bible.- 2 Tim.3:16,17

God is love - not evil !

    Psalm 18.26

To the wicked He shows Himself as hostile.

Yet.... (lol) you are still so foolish as to not cower before Him.

    1) You ought to hate sin enough you would rather do that than disobey God. This is identical to having a conscience and actually obeying it.

    2) Rarely ever happened. Required several witnesses, a pattern of severe disregard for authority, and a council of elders to rule the child fit for death. This is little different from our prison system today which imposes capital punishment on the most grievous offenders to the social order.
