What are the laws against working on a non-motorized vessel like a schooner in MA.?

I have searched and was unable to find anything on this topic.

Update:

I asked a few companies who have Schooners and they said the state age was either 16 or 18 and I just wanted to know which one it is, an d other things like that.

    There wouldn't be any laws regarding working on a schooner. If this is a commercial vessel you might want to make sure it has the proper local/state occupational license.
