I would try to decline it if that were possible. Managing that amount of money would be a heavy burden for me. If I was forced to take it, I would try to donate it somewhere ASAP.

Keep it for rent, maybe charity, definitely for debts.
I could even start my own electrical car company and innovate the experience by making the cars faster and more convenient.

I would have a residency in every country on the planet. Some would be nearly impossible to access.
