If a car gets hit then fixed would the car eventually give you problems in the future? Would it be better to sell it once it's repaired?

Depends on how bad he damage was and where it was. Usually the repairs will put the car back as it was and no further issues will occur unless they do a very poor job.

It depends what the damage was and where that damage was. If it damaged mechanical things, other than just the body parts, it's possible it will never be the same even if a really good mechanic repaired it. If it was just body damage and that was repaired it should be fine.

If it was fixed PROPERLY, it is as good as new. If the damage is sufficient that it can't be fixed to that degree, it CAN'T be fixed properly. That said, SOME shops will 'repair' a vehicle that should be scrapped. It is best to have a reputable mechanic inspect the vehicle and advise you.
Note: Unless the resale value after repairs exceeds the resale value WITHOUT repairs by more than the cost of repairs, you are better of getting rid of the car without repairing it.

That depends on the nature of the damage. I've been driving a car for 25 years that was rear-ended once and side-swiped once. Both those events occurred about 15 years ago. Both were only cosmetic and have led to no other issues.

if the damage from the accident was not extensive, especially for the frame, then there should be no issues w/selling it
