Can Weed be used as a source of Self Harm?
I am a total advocate for weed legalization and the many health benefits for those that it helps. It helps so many people with ADHD, seizures, palsy, eating disorders, cancer, HIV, depression, anxiety, chronic pain. . .
However, is it possible that you can over abuse weed like alcohol and use it as a way of SH or to 'cope'?
Yes, no? In what context do you recognise it as SH.

Absolutely. Personally, i have to limit myself bc i can definitely become dependent on using weed as a crutch. Just like any other medicine, it can be overused and relied upon way too much when its not really needed. It helps me focus my mind and overcome anxiety, but when i become dependent on using it as the only thing that can focus my mind and reduce anxiety it causes me harm bc it doesnt allow me to learn how to do it on my own when im using it all day every day.

Of course you can use it when you do not need it from the medical point of view. Weed, like any other substance can become and addiction and eventually lead to harming your health

I mean in a very low, very slight sort of self harm way I suppose. I am a total weed advocate as well. But if you sit around smoking it all day, it will make you lazy, and it will make you stupid. It really more self harm to your potential as a human being.
