Excel to Word with Data Validation or Create Dropdown in Word who's contents are of a Table Array in Excel?

So, I'm tying to create a dropdown list in Word whose contents is that of either (a) a dropdown list already created in a separate excel document that can, and will change throughout these documents' lives, or (b) create it's own dropdown list...referencing the table rather than the already existing dropdown list itself.

Is there a way to do this that doesn't involve VBA programming skills?

Update:

Update: An example of what I'm trying to do that I hope is helpful and less than 400 characters.

Table in Excel:

A1 = 12

A2 = 24

A3 = 36

Dropdown list in separate sheet, same workbook that was created with Data Validation. Let's say this dropdown cell is in 'Sheet2'!A1

I need Word to create the same type of Dropdown as the one on 'Sheet2'!A1. Something I can choose 12, 24, or 36 from...

Update 2:

2nd Update: Note: 12, 24, and 36 aren't the actual value...the whole point is that next week, these numbers might become 13, 26, and 39, and once 'Sheet1'! replaces the original values of 12/24/36 with these, they would be the options in my Word Dropdown box.
