How can a system be in perfect thermal isolation?

    isolation is not possible,

    because heat transmission takes place by radiation.

    heat from sun is an example.

    SEAL IT INTO A PURE VACUUM ENVIRONMENT.

    It can't. Nothing has zero thermal conductivity, everything conducts heat.

    Even a vacuum will transmit heat by radiation.
