What was the name of that Japanese restaurant that Big Bird and Barkley went into in the film, Big Bird in Japan?

It's difficult to find which restaurant it is as there is little hint. The green board is so blur in the photo.

But I don't think it's Ginza because Ginza is a luxury place. The restaurant does not look luxury.

It's somewhere in Ginza, Tokyo. The green sign says "bamboo shoots [with] rice."

I might be reading the blurry picture wrong, but I think the right side says "春をお味わいください" Which kind of translates to "please try the spring-like flavor"
