Yes, sexuality and romanticism are two VERY different things.

Sure people can easily be attracted sexually and romantically to both genders.

Yes, I think the technical term is biromantic heterosexual (or vice versa: biromantic homosexual), but bisexual tends to encompass a spectrum.

So, you want to know if its possible to wine and dine, go for long romantic walks , hug, snuggle, and kiss someone, but then not be sexually attracted to them? I think you could pretend to be like this, or you say you are like this, or you could (for whatever reason) want to be like this, but it's outside of my sphere of comprehension that you could actuall be like this.
I have met people who have claimed to be like this and they've been fighting against themselves inside not to do what they want to!
