It is sad indeed to watch people like yourself demonstrate so readily their reading comprehension disorder.
What if your other eye causes you to sin? Pluck that one out also? So now, you are blind, but you can still think about what you saw. The problem remains, and nothing you do will prevent it. Your demise is inescapable. There is nothing you can do, personally, to avoid your fate.

If, now, your right eye is making you stumble, said Jesus Christ, tear it out and throw it away from you. Matthew 5:29
Of course, Jesus was not speaking literally! Rather, he meant that if we want to please God and gain everlasting life, we must deaden our body members, as it were, in regard to wrongdoing. Colossians 3:5
That may mean resolutely turning our back on a temptation. Turn my eyes away from looking at what is worthless, prayed a faithful man of God. Psalm 119:37
His point? A wandering eye can inflame wrong desires to the point that, given the opportunity, a person might commit immoral acts and lose God’s favor.
Jesus was not advocating self-mutilation. Rather, he was stressing metaphorically that we should be willing to cut out of our life anything that is spiritually harmful.
The eye spoken of by Jesus represents the power or ability to focus our attention on something, and the hand relates to what we do with our hands.
If care is not exercised, these body parts may cause us to stumble and cease walking with God. When tempted to disobey God, then, we need to take strong action, figuratively tearing out an eye or cutting off a hand.

Shows how carnal you really are, and even in your carnality you use absolutely NO logic or rationality. Does your eye or hand do things on their own? If not, what is it that tells them what to do? Assuming you still have one, YOUR BRAIN. Which indicates you need to RENEW YOUR MIND.
But Thank-You for verifying this Scripture,
1 Corinthians 2:14 King James Version
14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

Terrible idea, especially since this flesh body perishes and like everything else, "You cannot take it with you."
It is metaphorical symbolism. Allegory. Like much of the Bible. Often so that it is not understood by non-believers, and sometimes believers whom are short on their study and understanding, and have not "clicked" yet (understanding).

No need if you deny self and daily take up your cross and follow Christ, as He says.
But if you can't see that it would be better to do that than go on in sin then your blindness will take your whole body to Hell

Because when one comes to Christ and is made a new creation, he is no longer a slave to sin and of course Jesus was not speaking of actual self mutilation but making a point of how serious sin is

Mine right eye hath never offended me--or so says I.

I do NOT believe that was meant to be a literal commandment from Christ. For example, if one STEALS, they are liable to be sent to Hell. But, if they cut OFF from their life those things they USED to steal, they stand a better chance of attaining Heaven.

Nobody takes that seriously. How many one-eyed people do you see..?
