How do you get a Greek god body?

Would you do a strength workout or a muscle definition workout?

And what diet?

For a Greek God body (I love that!) diet is JUST AS important as exercising.

Diet should be high in lean protein, healthy omega-3 fatty acids (salmon, avocados, nuts, seeds) and fruits and veggies. It should contain a moderate amount of whole grains and low-fat dairy, and a very, very limited amount of processed sugars, butters, and oils. You will need a lot of calories to feed your muscles, but you need the right calories.

Workouts will need to be diverse. Low reps, high weights. Workout 5-6 days a week with a day of full body rest. Focus on strength training rather than cardio, but make sure you do a little cardio warm up to get your muscles warmed up, like 1/2 mile jog or 10 minutes of jumping rope. Focus on different muscle groups each day (legs, core, back, shoulders, arms, etc.)

    Good luck!!!!!

Well before I mention the obvious, which is diet and training, I think one variable people overlook is your body type. Are you naturally thin (ectomorph), are you naturally broad and thick in structure (endomorph), or are you naturally in-between/average and don't necesarily struggle with either gaining or losing weight?

I think the strategic way to diet and train depends on your body type, the thinner you naturally are, the less you'll want to focus on cardio and instead, focus on not burning off so many calories while consuming alot of healthy calories.

Regardless of your body type though, you'll want to consume as many healthy nutrients as you can from protein, carbohydrates, healthy monounsaturated fats, and other vitamins/minerals.

As for training, some will recommend 5-6 days a week, and I personally disagree with that. You MUST let your muscles heal with plenty of nutrients and sleep/rest, otherwise you can reverse the process and actually lose muscle. Try 3-4 days a week.

Best get a normal, average looking body. If you look like a Greek god, people might think you're either all about looks, the narcissist type, OR gay...

    Buy a statue.

    UPDATE:

You gave me a TD. I'm being serious. That's the only way. The statues of Greek gods are not something humans can achieve. They made the heads disproportionately small to make the muscles look bigger, sculpted muscles in flex opposite other muscles in flex when it's impossible for both sets to be flexed at the same time (e.g., you can't see the outlines of your triceps when your arm is bent--the human body doesn't do that, but those statues do because they sculpted one part by studying a model flexing that part and then the next part by having the model flex that part), and show sinewy veins even when arms are overhead, which is also something that isn't possible. The body of a Greek god is literally unachievable for real humans, so the only way you're going to get one is by buying a statue.
