Does Prednisone or Steroids cause someone to repeat sentences?

My mom is 46 years old. Shes been taking predniosne for almost a year noe. Her prednisone is 10mg. Recently, she's beginning to repeat her sentences over and over. She would ask the same questiom every 10 seconds. She keeps talking about the same topic and worries alot. Is this because of her medicine or because she is depressed and is one of the side effects of steroids?

    This is not from the prednisone dose of 10 mg a day. She needs to be evaluated - preferable by a neurologist.

    No, this is more a dementia or stroke symptom, not low steroid use or depression. She needs an evaluation.
