The noodles have been fried so they do contain more calories than plain pasta.

Adding fresh vegetables to the instant ramen will increase the nutritional value.

It does contain a lot of salt so if you replace the seasoning packet that would be more beneficial. As a matter of fact if you used broth in place of water to cook the noodles and eliminate the flavor packet that would be even better. Add some spices, red pepper flakes for a spicier dish, curry or even a seasoning you would use for a chicken soup would be good. .

It’s not the best carb to ingest, whether you’re adding healthier accompaniments or not.

The noodles are just par-cooked and dried so adding hot water (or broth) re-hydrates them. The "flavor packets" tend to be very high in sodium, and are not really very good for you. If you want to make it healthy you should make your own low-sodium broth (or used commercial low-sodium broth) to heat the noodles. Any veggies you include are okay.

There is nothing all that bad about Ramen except it's solid carbohydrate not much else food value in it putting some raw carrots and broccoli and kale with it will give it a little bit of extra food value

It has super high sodium levels so try balancing it with something with less sodium. Veggies are always good, I also recommend fruit for natural sugars

It's the flavoring packet that's the most terrible, so cut it in half or even sprinkle just a bit. God knows that's enough sodium for a full day.
