How to anonymously report a scam operation operating across the USA?

Call the FBI and tell them that for your safety you wish to remain anonymous. Say this before you give them any information and ask them if they can keep your identity safe

If you want any agency to do anything about it

you would need to provide evidence that proves

that there is ongoing criminal activity.

This usually involves a paper trail such as receipts,

wire transfers, bank statements, fake filings, etc.

If you can furnish a good chunk of such material

anonymously to the FBI or other agency through

the mail they may actually investigate it.

But usually an agency would want a person to

accompany such evidence so that the person can

provide more info and substantiate how the info

was obtained and show that it is real.

You can try establishing phone communication

and giving yourself a code name and agreeing

to provide more evidence upon request while

refusing to meet in person. If the material you

offer is good enough you may be allowed to

proceed in this manner.
