    V = √2Ek/m = √24,000/15 = √1600 = 40.00 m/sec

    KE = ½mv²

    12000 = ½(15)v²

    v² = 24000/15

    v = 40 m/s

    rule:

    kinetic energy = (1/2)mv^2

    Force = Mass x Velocity

    You know the force and the mass, plug them in, and solve for Velocity. You may need to do some unit conversion.
