In spite of all answers, I am still of the view that none on earth has seen God face to face and I also can declare that none on earth shall see God face to face because one set of people established this concept of God and often concepts are not realities.

Your thinking is accurate.
The heavens can barely contain His glory, so how can the earth, which is a dot compared to the heavens, contain Him?
