Help with cushings diagnosis?

Update:

I have a 12 year old jack russell and recently our vet told us that she will more than likely get cushings disease. She had plenty of blood tests done and all is not well. I am really starting to freak out, especially after learning what the symptoms are. I am mad and sad all at the same time.

If anyone has a dog with cushings I would love to know how you coped and how your dog is doing.

Can you give me any advice on how to deal with this.

    Any, probably all, advice should come from the vet who diagnosed this, IF they did because I really don't understand 'more than likely get Cushings....' Something odd right there.
