Anyone else lagging in CSGO? (Internet) ping lag?

Anyone else getting lag in CSGO (internet lag)? Okay I am lagging so bad man, people literally teleport and I can't hit them now I'm stuck in SILVER! I even moved to a room close to my router!

I need to advance in rank in CSGO because I want to marry Justfoxxi from Twitch or Loeya from Twitch; and I can't do that if I am a piece of **** ******* silver. What am I going to propose to them? I can't be like, "hey I want to marry you, but I am only silver 4" WTF!? My ping never goes between 40 to 150 ms and when it spikes, I get this stupid *** lag.

I'm about to donkeypunch the crap out of my CPU; it's lucky it's alive right now because I am developing an smart phone app on it!

Here is my spec: I am using Realtek RTL8811AU Wireless LAN 802; I have a Nvidia 730 that runs CSGO very well; high framerate, 1280 res, and 8 gig ram.

The wireless USB lan has some parameters I don't get: AdaptivePara "0 or 1"? which one do I choose? EnableAdaptibility? Should this be disabled? VHT 2.4Ghz IOT?
