Does we dream every time we go to sleep?
Majority of the time I go to sleep, I don’t even see black at all. It’s like I wasn’t even born and know nothing until the next day that I realize who I am. But websites say it’s because some don’t “remember” their dreams, but it’s as if I sometimes have none at all. It’s a weird feeling which is why I hate sleeping because I feel as if I don’t exist.

Yes, because it is a question of mental health. Dreams allow us to express our emotions like anger, rage, hatred, or love, affection, and gratitude, etc. We dream to keep our minds healthy so our emotions don't have to back up on us. Also thousands of "sleep labs" have been conducted all over the world where people go in at night (or whenever they sleep) and they put electrodes on their heads and when they go into REM sleep, (Rapid Eye Movement) they are awakened by techs who ask them to report their dreams. Their dreams are recorded. Usually we dream once ever hour to 45 minutes, etc. It is a common occurrence which happens to all humans. Many people like me don't remember their dreams at all and think they don't dream, but we all dream. Rapid Eye Movement happens to us all when we start to dream. The vivid dream images maybe cause the movement of the eyes under the eyelids. We ALL certainly do dream when we sleep, and that is a fact.
