How long do you wait for a piercing to heal before re-piercing?

My eyebrow piercing is rejecting , not infected , but slightly irratitated and is slowly migrating . Never had any issues until hair dresser combed my eyebrow ring on accident and since then its been migrating and irratated . Going to a piercing shop tomorrow to get it taken out , but I NEED to know before I go how long itll take to heal before I can get it repierced ? If i heal it really good can it get repierced sooner ?

You will have to wait for the scar tissue to fully heal and settle, 12 - 18 months.

If you do not wait this long, it will end up migrating or rejecting, because as the new piercing is trying to heal, the rest of the tissue around it is trying to heal too.

I would go to your piercer and talk with them about what you can do to help calm the irritation and stop the migration.

Wait a few weeks. You'll know when its healed and closed.
