You can find them in 2 ways if you Prefer the old way you can click on your Username on the Right side of the page and then go to Edit Preferences and all the Category's will show up again on the Left Side of the Page
Or you can click on Answers Home and then click on All Category's on the Top of the Page

On the top, click the furthest category on the left and then it'll take you to another location that and give you another option called "all categories." click that.
