Do cons understand that SS has ALREADY been taken out of people's checks and therefore, when they get SS it's money they already earned?
It is NOT some charity fund BUT it was designed for the sole purpose of being humane to others as they age (and for the disabled that can not work or are limited in their ability to).

"Entitlement Reform" = Stealing (privatizing) Social Security.
The GOP has done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about welfare reform, which is a true tax burden, not self funded like Social Security, because the red states are the biggest welfare ho's in the country. THEY are the ones buying votes with welfare and food stamps.
The Republicans don't even want to cut back on Social Security tax. They want to cut back on the benefits. Because they really just want to take the money which they have been drooling over since I can remember. And, even though I am as old as dirt, I am not senile yet. So I can remember them crying about how it's going to crash for all of almost fifty years that I have been working.
