Is there a good salad dressing that does not include vinegar?
Vinegar stings in my mouth except when it's in the creamy ones (like Ranch, Creamy Caesar, Blue Cheese) but I don't want the fat that comes with it.

3 AnswersPregnancy6 months agoAre anti-abortion Christians aware of the verses in the Book of Numbers that give instructions on how to force a woman to miscarry?
Numbers 5:16-22 and please, read before and after so you can see for yourself that I am not 'taking it out of context'.

3 AnswersBooks & Authors6 months agoSexual abuse and memory?
My cousin (a few years older than me) says my grandfather abused her when she was little. As far as I know, she has never said otherwise.
My grandfather is now deceased - he was a womanizer but anti-social most of the time, I've never heard anyone else complain about childhood with him and I never noticed him wanting to be around kids.
My grandmother says my cousin is confused and that it was the babysitter. But she has her own reasons for not wanting to believe my cousin. She was desperately scared of being poor, he had a good income and she had 3 or 4 kids at the time she was taking care of.
I guess my question is, is it possible for a child of around 5 to be confused about who molested them?

10 AnswersHistory2 years agoDo gun nuts realize that both Reagan and the NRA were against open carry?
'Back in 1967, says Jacob Sullum at Reason, "the NRA supported the Mulford Act, which banned open carrying of loaded firearms in California. The law, a response to the Black Panthers' conspicuous exercise of the right to armed self-defense, also was supported by Gov. Ronald Reagan." As the bill's conservative sponsor, Don Mulford (R), argued in 1989, "openly carrying a gun is an 'act of violence or near violence,'" Sullum noted. "Apparently Reagan and the NRA agreed." The Mulford Act is still on the books in California, America's most populous state.'
9 AnswersOther - Politics & Government3 years agoDo cons understand that SS has ALREADY been taken out of people's checks and therefore, when they get SS it's money they already earned?
It is NOT some charity fund BUT it was designed for the sole purpose of being humane to others as they age (and for the disabled that can not work or are limited in their ability to).
1 AnswerPolitics3 years agoConservatives, do you realize the founding fathers were the progressives and liberals of their day?
Instead of just gritting their teeth and putting up with a tyrannical, spoiled dictator-monarch like has been the custom for over 1000 years, they actually declared independence and fought for it That was PROGRESSING forward.
Making religion separate from government affairs was a very LIBERATING idea since it never had been the case in their English (known) history.

“The good thing about science is that it's true whether or not you believe in it.”

28 AnswersReligion & Spirituality3 years agoWhy do so many (mostly Republicans) have such a hard time realizing the Civil War was about slavery?
'states rights' = the right to own slaves
'southern pride' = ONLY the southern states in the Confederacy (not S. CA, AZ or NM) and the desire to elevate a lifestyle based on owning slaves
Miss. Declaration of Secession- 'Our position is thoroughly identified with the institution of slavery--'
the end of the war was the END OF SLAVERY in the south and eventually the rest of the north.
8 AnswersPolitics4 years agoAnti-abortion Christians, do you ever wonder why Israel is so pro-choice?
(even if it still throws in some old-fashioned sexism, after all, they base their country on the OT)
