Can a TX citizen sue Cruz for NOT representing Texans (despite his job title), but for being a treasonous b******d & implying we all are?

Given that the ATTORNEY GENERAL of Texas filed a lawsuit challenging the very same votes Ted Cruz challenged, with broad support, it seems he IS representing Texans.

Your attitude is NOT representative of Texas.

Please show YOUR evidence the election results in the disputed states are legitimate.

Texans have hated Ted Cruz for years now. I’ve literally not met the Texan conservative who likes this guy. That doesn’t stop them from voting for him so I doubt he’s getting sued
