Do anti-abortionist's understand that pregnancy is a healthcare issue?

If it wasn't millions of women would not have died b/c of it or childbirth?

Update:

@ anonymous, learn how to read. I said HAVE... but since you bring it up...yes, abortion IS one of the options a person has to 'choose' from. My friend has wanted a baby since HS but bc of the guy she married, they couldn't realistically try until she was in her 30's...the 2x she got pregnant, both were ectopic pregnancies (meaning in the tube) so, not only was it not a viable pregnancy but as it grew larger, if she didn't have it aborted, she would have died. A fetus IS NOT' a baby'.

Update 2:

@ anonymous, no one can see into the future but here's a link to the # of abortions' due to medical reasons: (scroll down to why women have abortions)https://abort73.com/abortion_facts/us_abortion_sta...

What I don't understand is why so many anti-choice people are also against sex-ed, access to contraception, etc.   If you don't want to kill babies, let's be a little more proactive, ok?

Some do, but they don't care.

Of course its a healthcare issue. The mother should take enormous care of her child's health, and should receive medical help in doing so.
