Stephen king question? The quote "He thrusts his fists against the posts and still insists he sees the ghosts" shows up in IT and Salems lot?

    It was a speech therapy phrase repeated a zillion times in the character's early childhood to help control his stutter. I think we're supposed to see the very familiar phrase as a personal mantra.
