Is THIS a good way to format a Cover Letter. I believe its organized and has focal point Or just keep it paragraphs and some bullets.?

    Your bullet points belong on the resume itself. The cover letter should only be 2 or 3 points to catch the employer's eye so that he looks at the resume. But work on your style. DO NOT start out "Although .. ." DO NOT say "I am passionate" ; "I am dedicated" etc.

    things to bring attention to certain areas are good ideas

  • Keep it to a couple of paragraphs, you don't need bullets in a cover letter.

    cover letters are rare to be needed these days, and it's only when the potential employer asks for one
