What's the best way to fix a permanently furrowed brow?

In my youth, I received a couple of black eyes when playing sports which caused this to happen. I would just raise my brows so no one would notice. Now that I'm older, it's become more prominent. Is there any way to fix this?

    Plastic surgery or fillers.

    Talk with a good plastic surgeon about what you want, and what options you have to get that result.
