My android phone showing 2 sim slots but only have one. How do I remove second slot from showing.?

Hi. There is only one simcard slot and one micro sd slot. So I am at a loss. The phone does work it just shows that message on start up. I am at a loss.

It's not a regular setting, so unless your phone is capable of using 2 SIMs it wouldn't be there. It may be that your phone has a slot that can be used for either a SIM card or a micro-SD card.
If this is an on-screen icon, then click and hold, and drag to the remove from desktop icon!
