No, of course not. Below volcanoes are magma chambers, and below that is the mantle. Below that is the liquid core and below that is the solid core. There's no hell on the way down.
I won't bother to dispute the existence of Hell, but I guarantee that volcanoes are not portals to it. They are places where Earth gives up heat from its formation.

Hell does not exist. It was thought up by perverse human minds to control people. Ergo, volcanoes cannot be the portal to hell.

I do not think so, they are just portals to hot magma well under the earth's surface.
