    (0.465-4x^2)/x^2 = 0.09

    multiply both sides by x^2

    0.465-4x^2 = 0.09x^2

    move all x^2 terms to the left and numbers to the right

    -4x^2-0.09x^2 = -0.465

    multiply both sides by -1

    4x^2+0.09x^2 = 0.465

    4.09x^2 = 0.465

    divide both sides by 4.09

    x^2 = 0.465/4.09

    x^2=0.113692

    x = ± √0.113692

    x = ± 0.33718

    0.465-4x² = 0.09x²

    0.465 = 4.09x²

    x² = 0.465/4.09

    x = ±√(0.465/4.09) ≅ ±0.337
