Did I just get rejected? Please help?

I finally had the guts to ask out this girl for coffee. I'm almost certain that she likes me. However when I asked her she responded nervously "can i get back to you?" Do I assume that I just got rejected?

    No, not necessarily. She may be shy and is asking from advice from friends about how to properly handle your proposal. If she doesn't get back to you within 3 days, then it may be a rejection.
